ヨーロッパでツアーを開催中のホワイトスネイクのステージに、この数日、ギタリストのレブ・ビーチの姿がなく、ファンから心配の声が寄せられている。ビーチは今月14日のチェコ公演からベルギー（17日）、ドイツ（19日）、スイス（21日）と4公演連続で不在だという。
バンド側から説明はないが、もう1人のギタリスト、ジョエル・ホークストラはチェコ公演の後、「今夜、@Whitesnakeは僕らの友人@europethebandと共にチェコ・プラハ、＠PrahaEUを揺るがした！ レブ・ビーチの具合が良くなく、僕が彼のソロを代行しなくてはならず、土壇場でちょっと緊張したが、僕らは君らのためにベストを尽くしたよ、プラハ!! ザ・ショウ・マスト・ゴー・オン！」とつぶやいていた。
ホークストラはまた、水曜日（22日）、ビーチの体調を心配するファンからの質問に「レベルはすぐに戻ると思うよ。彼がいなくて誰よりも寂しく思っているのが僕だ。#GuitarTEAM」と返信している。

ホワイトスネイクのフェアウェル・ツアーは5月10日にアイルランドで開幕。ヨーロッパ・ツアーは7月19日まで続く。バンドは、デイヴィッド・カヴァデール（Vo）、レブ・ビーチ（G）、ジョエル・ホークストラ（G）、トミー・アルドリッジ（Dr）、ミケーレ・ルッピ（Key）に新ベーシスト、タニヤ・オキャラハンとマルチ・プレイヤーのディノ・ジェルーシックを迎えた新ラインナップでパフォーマンスしている。
